Last month I had the most amazing opportunity to check out the new Pop-Up Disney! at Downtown Disney. I couldn’t believe that Disneyland invited me because as you all know, I live and breathe Disney everything!

For those of you who don’t know, Pop-Up Disney! is an immersive, family-friendly series of galleries (aka photo op rooms) honoring the main mouse himself, Mickey Mouse! Some of his friends are also involved as well as his main squeeze Minnie, who has a whole room dedicated to her! Each room exceeded all my expectations! They go from classic, with a whole black and white room inspired by Mickey’s first film, Steamboat Willie and includes a whole wall of black and white Mickey plushes, to futuristic with a Mickey infinity mirror room!  If you are a Disney fan this pop-up is a definite must! Every room was so cute and there was a photo op around every corner. It was almost like living in Mickey’s world!

Now for the details: Pop-Up Disney is located at the end of Downtown Disney in the former ESPN zone building. Tickets start at $30 for weekday visits (Monday – Thursday before 4pm) and can go up to $38 for weekend and Thursday evening visits (Thursday 4pm and all day Friday-Sunday). There is a super cute shop at the end with exclusive Pop-Up Disney merchandise (can someone say Pop-Up Disney Spirit Jersey!?) and even Marceline’s Confectionary gets in on the action with exclusive Pop-Up Disney treats. There are still plenty of tickets left and you have until the end of June to experience the magic! Buy your tickets HERE before it’s too late!

Check out some more pics of the different rooms from my visit!
